The Practice Culture Survey identifies the factors within your practice which affect team morale, wellbeing and culture and provides you with a clear and simple report giving you evidence of what’s working well in your practice, and the areas requiring attention. It gives you a framework which takes you from reviewing the evidence through steps to implementing changes, all with team involvement and guidance from VDS Training.
The perfect introduction to QI methods. The QI Toolkit provides a practical guide to the basic what, why and how of using QI in veterinary medicine. Information is concise and specific to veterinary practice, learn how to best utilise the insights provided by VetSafe and how accessible simple but impactful changes can be.
